$5,000 Intuit Enterprise Suite Rebate LinkedIn Promotion

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: April 22, 2026

Promotion Period: April 22, 2026 – December 31, 2026

Sponsor: Skyline Payments, Inc. (“Skyline,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)


1. Promotion Overview

Skyline Payments is offering a limited-time promotional incentive (“Promotion”) to eligible businesses that adopt Intuit Enterprise Suite (“IES”) and process payments through Skyline within IES.

Eligible participants who meet all requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions may receive up to $5,000 USD in rebates on payment processing fees (“Rebate”), subject to verification and approval. Additionally, qualifying participants may be eligible to receive an Instax camera as described in Section 5A below.


2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. PT on April 22, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on December 31, 2026.

All required actions to qualify must be initiated within the Promotion Period.


3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Promotion, participants must:

  • Be a legal business entity operating in the United States
  • Be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business
  • Use a valid company email address (no personal domains such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)
  • Meet one (1) of the following criteria:   – Upgrade to Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) from QuickBooks   – Switch to IES from a competing software provider   – Newly sign up for Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES)
  • Begin processing payments through Skyline Payments within IES
  • Maintain active processing with Skyline Payments for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months

4. Qualification Requirements

To be eligible for the Rebate, the business must:

  • Successfully complete onboarding to Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES)
  • Activate Skyline Payments as the payment processor within IES
  • Process live payment transactions through Skyline Payments
  • Remain an active Skyline Payments customer for at least three (3) consecutive months
  • Be in good standing (no past-due balances, chargeback abuse, or policy violations)

Skyline reserves the right to determine whether a business has met all qualification requirements.


5. Rebate Details

Eligible businesses that meet all requirements will receive:

  • Up to $5,000 USD in rebates on payment processing fees


Rebate Terms:

  • Rebates will be applied as credits toward eligible processing fees incurred through Skyline Payments
  • Rebates will be issued after the three (3) month qualification period is completed and verified
  • Total rebate amount shall not exceed $5,000 USD per qualified business
  • Rebates are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash outside of applied fee credits
  • Limit one (1) rebate per business entity during the Promotion Period

Skyline reserves the right to adjust rebate structure (e.g., monthly credits vs. lump sum) at its discretion.


5A. Instax Camera Bonus Incentive

In addition to the Rebate described in Section 5, eligible participants may receive one (1) Instax camera (“Bonus Gift”) upon satisfying all three (3) of the following requirements:

  • Process a minimum of $20,000 USD in credit card transactions per month through Skyline Payments
  • Complete a product demonstration with a Skyline Payments representative
  • Submit merchant processing statements from the last consecutive month(s) as requested by Skyline Payments for verification purposes


Bonus Gift Terms:

  • Limit one (1) Instax camera per qualifying business entity during the Promotion Period
  • The Bonus Gift is non-transferable and has no cash value
  • Skyline reserves the right to substitute the Bonus Gift with an item of equal or greater value
  • Fulfillment of the Bonus Gift is subject to availability and Skyline’s verification and approval
  • The Bonus Gift may be combined with the $5,000 Rebate if all applicable requirements are independently met


6. Verification & Approval

All participants and transactions are subject to review and approval by Skyline Payments.

Skyline reserves the right to:

  • Verify business eligibility and enrollment in IES
  • Confirm activation and usage of Skyline Payments within IES
  • Validate processing activity and account standing
  • Disqualify incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate submissions
  • Request additional documentation as needed

Eligibility and final rebate amounts are determined solely at Skyline’s discretion.


7. Additional Limitations
  • One (1) rebate per business entity during the Promotion Period
  • Offer may not be combined with other Skyline promotions, discounts, or incentives unless explicitly approved
  • Participation in the Promotion requires entering into a Skyline Payments merchant agreement
  • Early termination of services prior to the three (3) month requirement will result in forfeiture of the Rebate


8. LinkedIn Disclaimer

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn.

Participants provide information to Skyline Payments, not LinkedIn. By participating, participants release LinkedIn from any liability related to this Promotion.


9. Privacy

Information collected will be used in accordance with Skyline Payments’ Privacy Policy: https://skylinepayments.com/privacy-policy

Business and transaction data will be handled confidentially and used solely for onboarding, verification, and service-related purposes.


10. Taxes

Recipients are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the Rebate or Bonus Gift (if applicable).


11. General Conditions
  • Skyline reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Skyline may disqualify participants who violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
  • All decisions regarding eligibility and rebate issuance are final and binding.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyline shall not be liable for:

  • Failure to qualify due to incomplete onboarding or insufficient processing activity
  • Delays in rebate or Bonus Gift issuance due to verification processes
  • Technical errors or system interruptions
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages


Participation in the Promotion is at the participant’s own risk.
