$1,000 Charity Donation Promotion Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Promotion Period: January 1, 2026 – May 31, 2026
Sponsor: Skyline Payments, Inc. (“Skyline,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)


1. Promotion Overview

Skyline Payments is offering a limited-time promotional incentive (“Promotion”) to eligible businesses that submit qualifying merchant processing statements for review and complete a product demonstration with Skyline.

Eligible participants who submit qualifying merchant processing statements, complete a demo with Skyline Payments, and meet all eligibility requirements may receive a $1,000 charitable donation made by Skyline Payments to a charity or school of the participant’s choice, subject to these Terms & Conditions.


2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. PT on January 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on May 31, 2026.

Submissions must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible.

The required product demonstration must also be completed within the Promotion Period or within 30 days of statement submission, whichever occurs later.


3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, participants must:

Be a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years old.

Be employed by the business for which statements are being submitted.

Hold a finance-related title of Director level or above, including but not limited to:

  • Director of Finance

  • Finance Director

  • VP of Finance

  • CFO

  • Controller

  • Chief Financial Officer

  • Chief Operating Officer (with financial oversight)


Submit using an active company email address that matches the domain of the business for which statements are being submitted. Personal email domains (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) are not permitted.


Submit three (3) consecutive months of qualifying merchant processing statements as defined below.


Complete a product demonstration with Skyline Payments after submission of the statements.


4. Statement Requirements

To be eligible, submitted statements must:


Be the three (3) most recent consecutive months immediately preceding the date of submission. Example:

If submission occurs on March 2, 2026, eligible statements must be for December 2025, January 2026, and February 2026.


Be complete, unaltered PDF statements issued directly by the current payment processor.


Clearly identify the legal business name.


Reflect active merchant processing activity.


how that the business processed at least $50,000 USD in credit card volume per month for each of the three submitted months.


All three statements must individually reflect a minimum of $50,000 in monthly credit card processing volume.


The following are not eligible:

  • Excel files, CSV exports, manually created summaries, or spreadsheets

  • Redacted or edited statements

  • Statements from multiple unrelated entities

  • Submissions from third-party consultants, brokers, or agents

  • Statements older than the three most recent consecutive months


Skyline reserves the right to reject submissions that appear altered, incomplete, fraudulent, or inconsistent.


5. Donation Details

Eligible participants who meet all requirements will receive:


A $1,000 charitable donation made by Skyline Payments to a charity or school selected by the participant.


Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000 USD


The charity or school must:

  • Be a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization or accredited educational institution located in the United States.

  • Be approved by Skyline Payments.


Skyline will make the donation directly to the selected organization, not to the participant. Skyline will provide the receipt of the donation to the participant. 


Donations will be processed within 30 business days after eligibility verification and charity confirmation.


Limit one (1) donation per qualified business entity during the Promotion Period.


Skyline reserves the right to request alternate charity selections if the nominated organization cannot receive donations.


6. Verification & Approval

All submissions are subject to review and approval by Skyline Payments.


Skyline reserves the right to:

  • Verify employment and title via LinkedIn or direct confirmation

  • Confirm authority to submit financial statements

  • Validate monthly processing volume

  • Confirm completion of the Skyline product demo

  • Disqualify duplicate or fraudulent submissions

  • Limit awards in cases of suspected abuse


Eligibility is determined solely at Skyline’s discretion.


7. Additional Limitations

One (1) donation per business entity during the Promotion Period.


Offer may not be combined with other Skyline promotions.


Submission of statements does not obligate the business to enter into a service agreement.


Skyline is not obligated to provide pricing or proposals.


8. LinkedIn Disclaimer

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn.


Participants provide information to Skyline Payments, not LinkedIn. By participating, participants release LinkedIn from any liability related to this Promotion.


9. Privacy

Information collected will be used in accordance with Skyline Payments’ Privacy Policy:

Submitted statements will be handled confidentially and used solely for the purpose of evaluating merchant processing opportunities.


10. Taxes

Charitable donations will be made directly to the selected nonprofit organization. Participants will not receive cash or equivalent value.


Participants are responsible for consulting their own tax advisors regarding any potential tax implications.


11. General Conditions

Skyline reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time.


Skyline may disqualify participants who violate these Terms & Conditions.


All decisions regarding eligibility are final and binding.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyline shall not be liable for:

  • Lost, delayed, or misdirected submissions

  • Technical errors

  • Email delivery failures

  • Indirect or consequential damages


Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
